CBS provides back office bookkeeping, payroll processing and tax return preparation support to Accounting and CPA firms at extremely competitive pricing. They can concentrate more on consulting and let this work be done by CBS at the backend, while they save considerably on the bookkeeping costs. CBS will sign non-compete and confidentiality agreement to assure that it stays behind the scene completely unnoticed.

Bookkeeping:-
In any month the hourly rates for the Accounting and CPA firms are as follows: -

There is a one time setup fee of $150. Minimum monthly charges are $300/month (25 hrs).
Lower rates of $8/hr can be availed by finding partners and clubbing their hours.

CBS can  provide a concessional rate of $8/hr for the first 30 days irrespective of the volume of work. In the meantime, Accounting CPAs can find partners to club their work so that they can continue to enjoy the low rates of $8/hr. All work is done by qualified accountants and supervised by Chartered Accountants in India. The accounting files are available online 24hrs a day, for review anytime by the CPAs.

Payroll Processing: -

$4/ per employee, per pay period. Minimum charge per pay period per company is $25.

CBS also provides an excellent opportunity to the Accounting and CPA firms to expand their practice by bringing more of their clients online. Their client’s accounts data will be available to them for review and audit anytime, anywhere, thus obviating the need for a visit to the client’s office or exchanging files through courier or Internet. This will give them more time and freedom to gainfully attend to more clients.

Available online accounting applications are QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier Accountant and QuickBooks Premier Industry Specific Editions, Simply Accounting, MYOB or any other accounting application as requested.
